Terms of use.

Erne is licensed under Apple’s standard end user license agreement. These terms supplement, but do not replace, that agreement.

End user license agreement

Use of Erne is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “EULA”). By downloading or using Erne you agree to that EULA.

Subscriptions

Erne is free to download. Some features are available through Erne Pro, an auto-renewing subscription:

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on the device.

Data and privacy

Erne does not require an account and does not collect personal data on a server. See the privacy policy for full detail.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Erne to do anything illegal, don’t attempt to disrupt the app, and don’t reverse-engineer the binary in ways prohibited by Apple’s EULA.

Disclaimer

Erne is provided as-is. The developer makes no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the app evolves. The effective date above will reflect material changes. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
