A private pickleball scoreboard and match journal for iPhone and Apple Watch. Score on the closest screen, sync between your devices, and review every match later — no account, no ads, no tracking.
From a friendly onboarding to a glance-readable live score, every screen was designed for the seconds between rallies — zero friction, no drift on what the score is.
The Apple Watch face is built for mid-rally glances. Two big tap zones for the two teams, an undo button, and a serving indicator. State syncs to iPhone over Watch Connectivity so you can switch screens at any point in the match.
Two big tap zones, one for each team. The serving side is highlighted so you always know whose point it is.
Tap the wrong side by mistake? Hit undo on the watch and the correction syncs back to iPhone instantly.
Grant Health and Motion access and Erne logs the match as an Apple Watch workout — heart rate, active calories, and a count of swings detected during play.
The watch app is optional. iPhone alone is a complete scoreboard and journal — the wrist is just the closer screen when you have one.
Singles, doubles, rally or traditional side-out scoring, games to 11, 15, or 21. Big tap targets for both teams, an obvious serving indicator, and one-tap undo.
Score from whichever device is closer. State syncs over Watch Connectivity — switch between phone and wrist mid-match without losing the count.
Win rate, current streak, head-to-head records against the partners and opponents you’ve named, plus a breakdown by scoring format. Your full record, on your device.
If you grant Health access, Erne logs the match as an Apple Watch workout — heart rate, active calories, and duration sit alongside the score in your journal.
The Watch detects each swing using the on-device motion sensor and logs peak acceleration, peak rotation, and duration per swing. No cloud, no sample data ever leaves your wrist.
Pull a CSV of any range of matches and take it wherever you want — a spreadsheet, a coach, a season recap. The data is yours, no lock-in.
Erne does not create an account, does not upload your matches to a server, and does not show ads. Match history, swing samples, and Health data stay on your devices unless you choose to export them.
Granting HealthKit and Motion access on Apple Watch lets Erne log a workout for each match — heart rate, active calories, duration — and detect swings using on-device motion sensors. Both permissions are optional. Decline either and the scoreboard still works the same.
